Thank you, St. Thomas, for restocking Catholic Charities Personal Care Closet with household cleaning and personal hygiene items! These items will be shared with our neighbors who are struggling to make ends meet. We thank our young church for doing a super job sorting our donations.

Please join us on April 23 at 6:30pm here at St. Thomas, as we welcome Bishop Edward Scharfenberger, who will address “The Vision of Pope Francis.” Drawing from the Holy Father’s speeches, encyclicals, and various other writings, Bishop Ed will speak about what he understands to be the essence of Francis’ evangelical mission. Includes time for Q&A, Holy Hour & confessions. This talk is part of the “Furthering Your Faith” catechetical series. These events are free of charge and open to all ages.
The Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany in collaboration with the Sisters of Saint Joseph of Carondelet invite young adults (Ages 18-39) to join us for Good News & Cold Brews on Thursday, April 25th at 7 PM at the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet Provincial House, 385 Watervliet-Shaker Road, Latham, NY. Good News & Cold Brews guest presenter is Sr. Lin Neil, CSJ. She will speak about Laudato Si' – Pope Francis’ second encyclical about care for our common home.
